Kushi tells the tale of Arjun (Vijay Deverakonda) and Krishna (Samantha Ruth Prabhu), two strangers who meet by chance at a lavish destination wedding. Arjun is a carefree young man without romantic desires or marriage in mind, while Krishna longs to find her soulmate. However, these two strangers are drawn together and begin falling for one another despite these differences.
However, their relationship is complicated by coming from distinct worlds – Arjun hails from an elite and progressive family. In contrast, Krishna comes from a middle-class conservative household. Arjun’s parents object to him dating Krishna because they believe she does not meet his standards for love.
Arjun and Krishna must overcome obstacles that stand in their way and demonstrate to their respective families that their love is real. Eventually, they succeed in convincing everyone involved and live happily ever after.
