Mr Pregnant is the story of Gautham (Syed Sohel Ryan) and Mahi (Roopa Koduvayur), a young couple struggling to conceive a child. After several failed attempts, Gautham decides to carry the child himself.
Gautham’s decision is met with shock and disapproval from his family and friends. However, Mahi supports her husband’s decision and stands by him throughout the pregnancy.
Gautham’s pregnancy journey is not easy. He has to deal with the physical and emotional challenges of pregnancy and the social stigma attached to male pregnancy. However, Gautham remains determined to carry the child to term and prove to the world that male pregnancy is possible.
In the end, Gautham gives birth to a healthy baby boy. He and Mahi are overjoyed, and they can finally start their family.
